The cost of a 4-point inspection is $150. This includes the inspection, permit research, and report delivered the same day.
How Long Does It Take?
Inspections typically take 30 minutes up to one hour depending on the size of the home.

What's Included In A 4-Point Inspection?
Roof
Reports on the general condition of the roof covering material as well as the age and the roof's remaining useful life. Permits are requested to ensure accurate documentation.
HVAC
Documents the overall condition of the HVAC system including the age, last update, type, and any hazards present.
Electrical
Identifies the type of wiring and any visible hazards that can increase fire risks. Things we look for include: single strand aluminium wiring, knob and tube wiring, double taps, etc.
Plumbing
Determines the type of plumbing and looks for any indications of active or past leaks. Also includes the water heater and necessary safety equipment installed.
