More than one specialty

A wider inspection perspective

Many inspection companies stop at the standard home-inspector license. Cooper’s qualifications extend into mold, pests and wood-destroying organisms, insurance inspections, and sewer-line evaluation—important specialties for Florida properties.

When a condition crosses between systems, that wider training can provide better context and a clearer recommendation for what should happen next.
