Pricing FAQs
Common questions before scheduling
01How is my inspection price calculated?+
The complete home inspection starts at $450 through 2,000 square feet, then follows published size tiers through 4,000 square feet. A modest adjustment applies to older homes, plus the package and optional services you select.
02Why do homes over 4,000 square feet require a custom quote?+
Large homes vary significantly in layout and complexity. Pricing starts at $750 and is confirmed after reviewing the home's age, layout, accessory structures, and requested services.
03What is the most popular option?+
Florida Ready is the most common starting point for buyers who want the full home inspection plus both the 4-point and wind mitigation reports in one coordinated appointment.
04Is the online estimate final?+
It is a reliable estimate based on your selections. Unusual property conditions, multiple structures, or a different requested scope may affect the final price, which is confirmed before the appointment.
05What do standalone insurance reports cost?+
A standalone 4-point inspection is $150, a standalone wind mitigation inspection is $150, or both reports can be scheduled together for $250.
06Can I pay at closing?+
Pay at Close may be available for eligible real-estate transactions. Ask about eligibility and terms while scheduling.
07When will I receive the report?+
Reports are delivered digitally within 24 hours, and many are delivered the same day, with clear photos, descriptions, and practical recommendations.
